You may browse the portfolio, use the educational tools for their intended purpose, and send genuine inquiries. Use the website lawfully and respect other people's privacy and intellectual property. Do not send spam or harmful material, impersonate another person, disrupt the website, or attempt to bypass access controls. A sign-in does not grant rights to photographs, paid services, or content beyond the area made available to you.

3. Copyright and photographs

Sending an inquiry does not by itself reserve a date, confirm availability, place an order, or establish pricing or a photography-services agreement. Any booking, scope of work, licensing, payment, cancellation, refund, or delivery arrangements must be addressed separately. No such arrangements are specified or promised by this website.

Private client galleries are disabled, and online purchasing and payment processing are not operational. Do not send payment-card details through the contact form. Future galleries, Stripe Checkout, photo purchasing, or digital delivery will require their own reviewed information and terms before they are offered.

5. External services and privacy

The site relies on services including hosting, Formspree, Google Fonts, and GitHub sign-in, and links to external websites such as Instagram. Their availability and practices are outside Ryan's direct control. An external link does not establish an endorsement or guarantee. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms. 6. Experimental educational tools

Labs, code exercises, and image-provenance tools are experimental resources for learning and exploration. Outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. A matching hash or blockchain lookup does not establish copyright ownership, authorship, consent, authenticity, or a right to use a photograph. Independently verify any result before relying on it, and avoid entering confidential material. Features requiring an unconfigured external service may be unavailable.

Continuous availability, error-free operation, and the accuracy or suitability of experimental results are not guaranteed. The website should not be relied on as the only record of a service arrangement or permission to use an image.
